Nooyen is known worldwide for its innovative flooring solutions for pig farming. Especially the Nooyen Supercoated flooring systems stand out for hygiene, durability and animal welfare. What started as a revolutionary approach in pig flooring also proved surprisingly effective in the cattle sector – particularly in calf rearing.

Building on their trusted technology, Nooyen developed new, robust flooring systems: specifically designed for both newborn and veal calves. Strong international interest in these solutions sparked the start of a new brand movement. Together with Green Communicatie, this branch was positioned as a new division: Nooyen Cattle Flooring.

A dedicated platform for a new market

Nooyen’s request was clear: how do we give this new market its own identity, without losing connection to the trusted brand? Leveraging our long-term partnership and brand insights, Green proposed creating a dedicated website. One that positions the cattle division independently, while in look & feel seamlessly reflecting the quality and reputation of Nooyen Pig Flooring.

Green designed the website concept in Figma, wrote all content, created the visual identity for Nooyen Cattle Flooring and built the website in Craft CMS – a powerful platform offering flexibility and scalability, essential for international growth.

Clear structure for three strong propositions

The new website is built around three main categories, each addressing a key aspect of cattle housing:
 

  • Calf Flooring
    Supercoated floors for pens and calf hutches, designed for young calves. Comfortable, hygienic and safe.
     
  • Cattle Flooring
    Heavy-duty flooring systems suitable for housing veal calves. Built for intensive use and easy to maintain.
     
  • Dairy Waste Management Systems
    An innovative use of Nooyen’s Tri-Bar technology for slurry pit walls. These so-called “wipewalls” enable natural drying of manure: liquid seeps out, solids remain. A unique solution rapidly gaining traction worldwide.

One brand, new division, global impact

Thanks to the new website and the positioning of Nooyen Cattle Flooring, not only is the product portfolio better presented, but the Nooyen brand as a whole is strengthened. Its strong reputation in pig farming is now complemented with a solid position in cattle farming.

Green Communicatie remains involved in the ongoing development of communication, helping Nooyen become even more visible and discoverable worldwide in the livestock sector.
