I find the collaboration with Green Communication very pleasant, also because Stef is my dedicated contact person. Even though I know that Green doesn't work exclusively for us, I often get that feeling. Stef always responds quickly to questions and keeps me well informed. He maintains our corporate identity and is diligent about costs. I can have productive discussions with him about our websites and how to enhance certain pages to attract more visitors. He shares a lot of knowledge about online marketing and supports me in setting up our Google Ads campaigns. Because he knows our target audience well, he usually knows what works best. However, we always discuss the actual success of an advertising campaign in relation to sales figures after it concludes.
When I want to make changes to the website and can't figure it out right away, Stef often sends me a screen recording in which he explains how to do it. I learn from that. I also receive a lot of creative support from Green. I develop and come up with many of the materials myself, but it's nice to be able to consult with such an experienced agency. Often, there's more possible than what I had initially envisioned.
