One of the first things I did with Stef when I became the director of Nooyen is the development of our new slogan. Nooyen provides the pig farmer with a custom-made floor that suits their operations and specific needs. After an extensive brainstorming session, Stef encapsulated this in the slogan 'Your next floor.' I still vividly remember when a competitor complimented me at a trade show and was even a bit jealous of our slogan, for which Green also designed the logo and booth layout. To this day, I still consider it a very strong promise to our customers.
I see Green as the linchpin when it comes to marketing. Stef is a great partner who can provide us with sound strategic advice and keep an eye on the big picture. He understands the agricultural sector well, and I consider that a significant advantage. While other parties take a more global approach, Stef knows exactly what our customers are concerned with and what they value, so we don't have to spoon-feed everything. For instance, Green has created several videos in which farmers from different countries are interviewed. Our customers share their experiences with our floor, and we demonstrate our international operations. Because Stef understands what matters to pig farmers, he knows how to ask the right questions, making these videos valuable promotional material. I believe we can further improve our online campaigns to generate even more leads. This is currently our shared challenge.
